All items sold AS IS WHERE IS - with no warranty either expressed or implied. All hour meter readings or mileages are believed to be true but are not guaranteed.

Inspection
Items are available for inspection by contacting the auction company 605-347-6950 to arrange a time for any bidder to inspect the item in question. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect the item and the listing pertaining to said item. Each potential bidder is responsible for his or her own independent inspection.

Payment
Payment must be received within 48 hours after the conclusion of the auction. The buyer will receive an invoice from Sturgis Auctions Online, LLC via email provided from Bid Wrangler at your time of registration. Buyer agrees to pay by Cash, Certified check, or Wire transfer. Visa or MasterCard will be accepted with an additional 4% surcharge (convenience fee). Any buyer from outside the United States must pay by Wire Transfer only and all wire transfer fees will be the buyer’s responsibility. For Wire instructions please see your email with the original invoice from Sturgis Auctions Online, LLC. Applicable sales tax will be charged, based on the item's location, unless buyer provides proper tax exemption form. Successful bidder must contact us within 24 Hrs of auction close to finalize invoicing and payment details.

You will receive a Paid in Full invoice once your payment has been received. No item can be picked up or shipped without the PAID IN FULL INVOICE.

Shipping
All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All funds must clear before any item can be removed or shipped. Any titled vehicle will be charged a $25.00 title fee.

Removal
All items must be removed within 14 days of the auction. Any item not picked up or shipped within 60 days of the auction will be RESOLD and no refund will be returned to the buyer.

All items sold are SOLD ON AN AS IS WHERE IS basis no warranty of representation is either expressed or implied concerning this item.
