All items sold AS IS WHERE IS - with no warranty either expressed or implied.
Inspection
Items are available for inspection at the Community Banks in Rapid City and Spearfish. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect the item and the listing pertaining to said item. Each potential bidder is responsible for his or her own independent inspection.
Payment
Payments can be made online or when picking up. The buyer will receive an invoice from Sturgis Auctions Online, LLC via email provided from Bid Wrangler at your time of registration. Credit cards will be accepted with an additional 4% surcharge (convenience fee).
When paying online a PAID IN FULL INVOICE will be emailed to you and that PAID IN FULL INVOICE must be shown at pick-up.
If buyer is paying at the pick-up location, please have a copy of your invoice.
Shipping
All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All funds must clear before any item can be removed or shipped. Any titled vehicle will be charged a $25.00 title fee.
Removal
All items must be removed within 14 days of the auction. Any item not picked up or shipped within 60 days of the auction will be RESOLD and no refund will be returned to the buyer.
